Pettengill House Substance Addiction Initiative

Realizing the complexity of substance addiction and mental health, and knowing the need for individualized treatment, Pettengill House implements our Therapeutic System of Care Model which provides comprehensive case management, advocacy and follow up on behalf of the identified individuals in need.  Collaborating closely with local and state partners, The Pettengill Substance Addiction Initiative is supported through health insurance and state resources providing a holistic, multi-faceted approach to recovery, including individualized intake and assessment, along with assistance into hospital level of care/detox treatment and aftercare including clinical intervention and transitional care step down placement followed by sober living residential placement.  Pettengill House also provides care and outreach to the individual's family and the community at large providing support, education and information as needed.
