Pettengill House is a proud member of The Essex County Outreach (ECO), a collaborative effort involving all 34 police departments within Essex County, as well as the sheriff’s department, working with social service partners to assist with substance use disorder (SUD), mental or behavioral health needs, high risk referrals, harm reduction strategies, along with resources and supports to families, loved ones and additional supports for impacted children and families, and supports for those that have lost a loved one due to substance use disorder.
